Stella Clarke Ready Made Items You can place an order for a ready made item either by phone or email. We accept payment via PayPal and personal checks. However, if you pay with a personal check we will wait to ship until the check clears. PayPal orders will ship within 1-2 buisness days. Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of the item as long as the item is in brand new condition, never worn and sent insured. Please call or email us prior to returning for a Return Authorization Number. We will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs. Failure to follow this procedure will result in your return being denied or store credit only. Custom Orders Custom orders can be placed by either phone or email. We ask for a 50% deposit before starting work on custom orders. After reciept of your deposit you will recieve a conformation email with a measurement chart. Upon reciept of your measurements we will schedule your delivery date. The balance on custom orders is due within 30 days of notification that the item is ready to ship. Items will not be shipped until paid in full. After 30 days if not paid in full items will be listed for sale and the deposit forfitted. Custom orders are not returnable due to the nature of the work. Payments can be made through PayPal or personal check. |
